Introduction
Choy sum (also written choi sum, choi sam, or "cai xin '' ( Pinyin) is a green vegetable used in Chinese cooking. It belongs to the mustard family, Brassicaceae, and is a member of the genus Brassica (Brassica rapa var. parachinensis or Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis). Choy sum is a transcription of the Cantonese word (Chinese: ), which literally translates as "vegetable heart." It is often referred to as Chinese blossoming cabbage
Choy sum (Chinese blooming cabbage) is a famous Asian green. It contains folate and vitamin B6, as well as beta-carotene, an antioxidant that our systems may convert to vitamin A. Choy sum also contains fiber, calcium, and iron.
Condition of growing
